You have to contact the nearest child support enforcement agency. The United State department of human service will remove your name from the list of outstanding and give an updated copy of the list.
3. Unpaid federal loans
If you become incarcerated while travelling abroad and then accept the financial assistance in the form of a loan from the United State government. You have to repay the loan before you will get a passport. If the government make a loan to evacuate you and your family to the United States then you will be required to pay the loan back before you will get a passport. Department will refuse to issue a passport if you have an outstanding unpaid loan.
4. Minors without parental consent
If you are under 16 years of age and will not get the consent of your parents then your passport application will be denied. To get a passport under the age of 16 then you have to apply in person with a valid form of ID with a parent. You have to present the evidence of sole custody from the second parent. 5. Other factors
The state department will decide you will be a real threat to national security and you will be denied a passport. You will be disqualified if you have ruled legally incompetent to a felony arrest. Your passport will be revoked and subsequent applications will be denied. You will be found to have obtained a passport through fraudulent or altered a passport.
